The invention provides a calibrating device of a three-dimensional electrostatic field meter. The calibrating device comprises a direct current high voltage power supply, a protective resistance, direct current high voltage power supply controller, metal parallel pole plates, an electric field meter fixture, a three-dimensional rotating mechanism, a laser range finder, a camera shooting monitoringstructure and a electromagnetic shielding structure; the three-dimensional rotating mechanism comprises a fixed station, a universal driving shaft, a stepping motor, a rotary transformer, a central processing unit and a displacement sensor, wherein the central processing unit controls an output shaft of the stepping motor to rotate through the rotary transformer so as to drive the calibrated three-dimensional electric field meter to rotate in an open hole; and the camera shooting monitoring structure is used for collecting electric field intensity displayed by the calibrated three-dimensionalelectric field meter, the electric field intensity is compared with the electric field intensity of a standard electric field obtained by calculating the distance of upper and lower pole plates obtained by the laser range finder and output voltage of a direct current high voltage power supply, and calibrating is carried out according to compared results. The calibrating device of the three-dimensional electrostatic field meter can avoid external electromagnetic interference and influence of environmental temperature and humidity, and meet calibrating requirements of the three-dimensional electrostatic field meter, and thus, high practicability is achieved in the use of a metering calibrating mechanism.
