system comprises a reference source and a
microwave module, the
microwave module is provided with a control panel, and the control panel comprises a
communication interface, a DCDC power supply and an FPGA; the reference source adopts a double-
ring circuit structure, a low-
noise integer ring generates a three-reference-point reference
signal of an L
wave band, the three-reference-point reference
signal serves as a reference signal of a fractional phase-locked loop, and the reference signal is processed through switch filtering,
power control and a pulse modulation circuit to form a low-
noise signal with the frequency covering 0.1 GHz-20 GHz, KHz
frequency resolution and 0.5 dB power precision. The control method comprises the steps that the upper computer sends a control instruction, the communication module receives and transmits the control instruction to the control panel, the control panel controls the reference source to generate a reference signal, the reference signal is processed to form a low-
noise signal, and the control panel returns the state to the upper computer. According to the invention, the compatibility and expansibility are improved through
modular design, the test cost and demand are balanced, and the demand of
radio frequency component test for high-quality signals is met.
