powder coating of a motor iron core and an electrostatic
powder coating method of the motor iron core, and the jig comprises an outer circumference shielding
assembly sleeving the outer circumference of a yoke part and an inner circumference shielding
assembly sleeving the inner circumference of a
tooth part. The outer
peripheral shielding
assembly shields the yoke portion outer
peripheral surface of the yoke portion and prevents the yoke portion outer
peripheral surface from being coated with
powder. The inner circumference shielding assembly shields the
tooth part inner circumference surface of the
tooth part and prevents the tooth part inner circumference surface from being coated with powder. The outer periphery shielding assembly and the inner periphery shielding assembly are spaced so that the tooth part side wall of the tooth part can be exposed for
powder coating. The jig can be used for assembling a complete motor iron core, after the motor iron core is assembled by the jig, the motor iron core only needs to be assembled with the jig once in
powder coating operation, and the side wall of the whole tooth part can be coated with insulating powder only through one-time
powder coating. The technical problem that the powder
coating efficiency is low due to the fact that an iron core needs to be split into iron core units before being clamped at present is solved.
