The invention discloses an efficient
grafting method for mangoes. The method specifically comprises the following steps: preparing a
plant graft healing agent which comprises Kathon (
isothiazolinone), alpha-
naphthylacetic acid,
distilled water and superabsorbent resin of which the water
absorption capacity is 400 to 500 times, then
grafting mango scions to mango branches according to a conventional
grafting method; furthermore, applying the
plant graft healing agent around grafting openings, then binding the grafting openings with
plastic film strips, finally, carrying out conventional management until the grafting openings are completely healed. Through the implementation of the invention, three parts of
nutrition, sterilization and water are in place on the
plant grafting openings simultaneously, so that the efficient
grafting method for the mangoes has the functions of carrying out disinfection, sterilization and
corrosion resistance, preventing loss of
moisture and nutrients and the like to promote healing of grafting wounds so as to improve the
survival rate of grafting. In addition, the efficient
grafting method for the mangoes disclosed by the invention is flexible and convenient in implementation, low in production cost of the products, good in effect, simple in application, and can be widely applied to the grafting of all plants.
