The invention relates to an intelligent intervention
system for preventing aspiration in cerebral apoplexy, which belongs to the technical field of
medical instruments and comprises a
throat fixing and supporting structure, a
swallowing power propulsion device, a negative pressure protection module and a central
control unit. All the modules form a closed-
loop control system through mechanical linkage and data interaction, the fixed supporting structure adopts a memory material framework capable of fitting the physiological curve of the neck, and a flexible myoelectricity sensing network is integrated to collect
swallowing muscle group electric signals in real time; the
swallowing propelling device realizes dynamic angle adjustment of an esophageal
catheter through pneumatic driving, and cooperates with an inner wall structure to enhance the food
mass pushing efficiency; the central
control unit analyzes electromyographic signals and
catheter deformation data through an intelligent
algorithm, and synchronously regulates and controls
power output and negative pressure intensity. By means of the
system, the aspiration risk can be recognized in real time, the
reflux path is blocked through cooperative intervention of mechanical propulsion and negative pressure protection, intelligent safety protection in the swallowing process is achieved, and the feeding safety and
rehabilitation comfort of a
stroke patient are effectively improved.
