The invention discloses a dual ejector refrigeration cycle system with an inter heat exchanger and a method of the refrigeration cycle system. According to the refrigeration cycle system, CO2 is usedas a refrigerant, the ice making amount is large, and the heat of a gas cooler can be well utilized in a gradient manner; double compressors and the double ejectors are adopted, so that the circulation efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced; compared with a conventional carbon dioxide refrigeration cycle, the refrigeration cycle system has the advantages that the efficiencyis improved by 18-25%, and the loss can be reduced by about 35-45%; and compared with a novel ejector carbon dioxide refrigeration cycle, the efficiency is improved by 6-12%, when the pressure of thegas cooler is low, the loss is reduced by about 10%, and the loss difference between the gas cooler and the ejector is very small along with increase of the pressure. According to the refrigeration cycle system, the heating performance coefficient is slightly increased, and the refrigerating performance coefficient is increased by 10-25%, so that heat regeneration is increased under the low-evaporation-temperature working condition of a skating rink, cold energy is effectively utilized, and the operation cost is reduced.
