The invention discloses an in-car 
air conditioning system and aims to provide the in-car 
air conditioning system which is high in safety and comprehensive in function. The in-car 
air conditioning system comprises a controller, a fan, a pipeline, an 
oxygen sensor, a window and door 
detector, an 
alarm device and a 
human body inductor, wherein the fan, the pipeline, the 
oxygen sensor, the window and door 
detector, the 
alarm device and the 
human body inductor are respectively and electrically connected with the controller; the pipeline is connected with the interior and the exterior of a car; and the fan is arranged in the pipeline. After the system starts working, whether a person is in the car or not is detected by the 
human body inductor. If the human body 
detector detects no person, whether car 
doors and car windows are closed or not is detected through the door and 
window detector, and if the car 
doors or the car windows are not closed, an alarm is given through the 
alarm device after the time reaches a threshold value. If the human body detector detects that the person is in the car, 
oxygen concentration in the car is detected through the 
oxygen sensor. When the 
oxygen sensor detects that oxygen concentration in the car is lower than the threshold value, the fan is started by the controller to suck the air outside the car into the car to realize an outside loop to supplement the 
oxygen content in the car, and therefore, 
oxygen deficit or suffocation accident is avoided occurring.
