This invention relates to an automated production equipment for miniature circuit breakers, belonging to the field of
circuit breaker manufacturing technology. It includes a main body of equipment, with a connecting shaft rotatably connected to the outer wall of the main body. A
processing turntable is fixedly connected to the top of the connecting shaft, and an
assembly box is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the
processing turntable. In this invention, when the
vibration amplitude of the vibrating screen is adjusted by a variable frequency motor to meet the automatic feeding of parts of different sizes, the rotation of the first gear drives the suction fan, which delivers
dry gas into the injection
pipe and sprays it out through the
nozzle. Under the action of a high-speed camera, the feeding trajectory of the parts in the feeding frame is automatically identified and corrected. Simultaneously, with the first gear rotating for an extended period, a temperature sensor automatically controls the opening and closing of the control valve, causing a
graphene lubricating film to be sprayed from the
lubrication nozzle, achieving a self-lubricating effect on the meshing parts of the gears and improving the accuracy of the
circuit breaker assembly position.
