radiation film antenna is arranged on the side, away from the upper-layer radiation film antenna, of the middle hollow structural member. A bottom
radio frequency printed board is arranged on one side, far away from the middle hollow structural member, of the lower radiation film antenna; an air
dielectric layer is formed in a hollow-out area of the middle hollow-out structural member, and air is used as an
antenna radiation medium; the upper-layer radiation film antenna, the middle hollow-out structural member and the lower-layer radiation film antenna are fixedly assembled into a whole in a mechanical connection mode. According to the method, the processes of
exposure, development,
etching, multiple pressing and the like of a conventional PCB process are omitted, the manufacturing process is greatly simplified, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, the method is suitable for rapid large-scale low-cost production, and compared with the conventional PCB process antenna, the method has the
advantage of being not prone to breakage.
