The invention discloses a
molecular film type automotive
nitrogen and
oxygen separation device which comprises a
turbocharger, a
nitrogen and
oxygen separator, a gas
inlet valve, a gas outlet valve, a negative pressure pump and an
electric control throttling valve. The
turbocharger is driven by a
turbine in an automobile
turbocharger, so that the air is compressed to be conveyed to two paths of the
nitrogen and
oxygen separation device, the nitrogen and oxygen separation device can separate oxygen from the air, the air with
high oxygen content is output, and the air is supplied to an engine for use through the gas outlet valve. The two paths of the nitrogen and oxygen separation device work alternately, when the temperature of the two paths of the nitrogen and oxygen separation device is too high to influence oxygen production efficiency, a main air inlet pipeline is opened to provide air normally by controlling the opening degree of the
electric control throttling valve, and thus the phenomena of gas circuit plugging and engine stalling are avoided. According to the automotive nitrogen and oxygen separation device, the two
branch paths work alternately,
high concentration oxygen can be supplied to the engine continuously so that fuel can burn and act, and the burning
utilization rate of the fuel is improved.
