The invention discloses a
coal gangue roadbed material. The
coal gangue roadbed material is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of
coal gangue, 30 to 40 parts ofcoal gangue
powder, 20 to 30 parts of sand, 10 to 20 parts of
lime, 20 to 30 parts of
Portland cement, 15 to 25 parts of
asphalt and 35 to 45 parts of water. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the
coal gangue roadbed material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sorting the
coal gangue so as to obtain the
coal gangue with the grain size of 5mm to 15mm and the coalgangue
powder with the grain size of 0.02mm to 0.5mm; (2) weighing the coal gangue and the coal gangue
powder obtained in the step (1), adding the sand, the
Portland cement and the water, carrying outmixing, and then, carrying out stirring for 20 to 30 minutes; (3) adding the
lime, and then, carrying out stirring for 10 to 20 minutes; and (4) heating the temperature of the mixture to 50 DEG C to60 DEG C, adding the
asphalt, and carrying out stirring for 20 to 30 minutes, thereby obtaining the coal gangue roadbed material. According to the roadbed material disclosed by the invention, the problem of
pollution caused by the coal gangue is effectively solved, wastes are recycled, the method is easy and feasible, and the roadbed material is low in cost and good in pavement quality.
