The invention provides a novel fast method for checking DC motor service life. The checking method comprises the following steps: step A, acquiring 10 test motors, dividing the test motors into two groups, step B, conducting increased load test for one group, increasing the blade load, conducting the simulation based on 1.2 times of the rated current, at the moment merely adjusting the torque regulation screw rod is enough to make the motor current reach corresponding level, thus achieving the simulation of the effects caused by the motor overloading condition to the motor service life, step C, increasing the voltage of another motor group to 1.2 times of the rated voltage, raising up the motor RPM to simulate the effects caused by the motor high speed rotation to the motor service life, step D, dissembling the motors passing the tests in step B and C, determining whether the motor service life meets the requirement. The method has the advantages of being simple in operation, convenient in operation, and being able to achieve the motor service life test in a fast and effective manner.
