Method of collecting and measuring impulse current of field electron emission display modulation is an automatic measuring and controlling method for measuring field electron emission display modulation. The method is composed of a host computer PC contrl flow 1, a serial bus USB transmission mode 2, a lower computer FPGA main control, D/A conversion, collection amplifier operation flow 3 and collection mode of display measurement drive 4. The host computer sends order/data and receives measurement status information, the serial bus implements handshaking communication, the lower computer operates to receive order/data and send measurement status information, the display measures drive collection by useing spliced power with nine display characteristic points, three channel high-voltage gate impulse drives directly, one channel collection amplifier collects in rows. The host computer measurement and control proceeds measurement selection, theoretical arithmetic, voltage search, precision set and status inquiry, the lower computer main control proceeds gain selection, digital-analog conversion, voltage regulation, circuit switching, impluse drive, signal collection, waveform processing, logic detection and information feedback.
