The invention discloses a hot-pressing-perforating preparation process and device for electromagnetic protection, and relates to the technical field of
textile materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps that 5-10 g of
graphene powder, 5-10 g of SiO2
powder and 50-100 g of
polyurethane resin are weighed and placed in a dispersion
machine, a dispersing agent, a flatting agent, a defoaming agent and a
thickening agent are added at the same time, and the mixture is stirred to be uniform; stirring for 30 to 40 minutes to obtain a mixture with certain
viscosity and flowability; and putting the pre-oxidized
fiber felt into the prepared
graphene / SiO2 /
polyurethane, and carrying out two-dipping and two-rolling process treatment with the pick-up rate of 50-80%. Then, a
hot press is adopted for carrying out
hot pressing treatment on the padded pre-oxidized
fiber felt for 30-70 min, the temperature is 120 DEG C, and the pressure is 5 Mpa. After
hot pressing treatment, demolding operation is carried out; and a
laser engraving machine is used for conducting perforation treatment on the material, the perforation
diameter is 0.5-0.9 mm, the perforation rate is 8%-13%, and the
graphene-based sound absorption material is obtained. The prepared sound absorption material is excellent in sound absorption performance, low in cost and good in environment friendliness, and can be widely applied to the fields of
architectural acoustics, traffic sound insulation and the like.
