A focusing position for each of objects of the highest and second highest priority degrees and for each of the next and subsequent frames is predicted from the object movement distance. Thetreatment system comprises the pretreatment reactor, the coking reaction system, the hydrogenation reaction system, and the catalytic cracking reaction system. With the process and the system of the present invention, the stable long-cycle operation of the whole treatment system can be ensured, and the yield of the light oil product is high.
