Without generating a local performance number (PN) through a receiver, the position and the sequence number of the frame header can be accurately determined by a method of detecting related peak value for two times, so that the complexity of the system is reduced, and the calculation amount of the system is reduced. The auto-correlation of the signal is adopted, so the requirement on the receiving effect of the signal is relatively low.
