The invention discloses a method for producing high-quality quartz sand by taking low-grade quartz mines as raw materials. The method comprises the steps: flushing the low-grade quartz mines by using water, artificially removing impurities in the low-grade quartz mines, then, crushing the low-grade quartz mines into quartz blocks with the particle sizes of 12-14mm, carrying out acid leaching on the quartz blocks for 2-4h, and then, airing; and crushing the quartz blocks into quartz sand with the size of 40-160meshes, removing impurities by using high-strength electrostatics, rotatably soaking the quartz sand for 24h by using a mixed acid of tetracid, and then, carrying out flotation and hydroxyl removal baking to prepare the high-quality quartz sand with the hydroxyl content of lower than 15ppm and the pure SiO2 content of over 99.99%. The method is reasonable in process, low in impurity content in finished products and good in quality. The method is used for further carrying out purification and impurity removal on middle-low-quality quartz raw materials and quartz wastes according to the principle of graded and efficient use of resources to finally obtain high-purity quartz raw materials with different physical forms, chemical components and grades from an ultralow grade to a superhigh grade, and finally, the aim of efficiently utilizing the quartz resource is achieved.

The ionizing current progressively pins the label against the die as the mandrel is withdrawn from the die until substantially the entire label is pinned. The ionizing current may then be ended and the mandrel removed so that an article may then be formed into the label.
