This invention discloses a fixation device for
long bone fractures, belonging to the field of medical devices. It includes a limiting part, a base, elastic sutures, a reduction mesh sleeve, and a support adjustment rod. The limiting part is fixedly connected to the wall of the
long bone shaft. The first end of the base is fixedly connected to the limiting part, and the second end of the base has an internally threaded hole extending towards the first end. The elastic suture extends from the second end of the base. Multiple elastic suture threading holes are discretely distributed on the reduction mesh sleeve. One side of the support adjustment rod is threadedly connected to the internally threaded hole, and the other side is fixedly connected to the reduction mesh sleeve. Multiple elastic sutures extending from the second end of the base pass through the fracture fragments at the bone ends and then fix the fracture fragments to the side of the reduction mesh sleeve facing the base via the aforementioned threading holes. This invention enables stable reduction of
long bone fracture fragments, and only requires micro-holes for threading at the fracture ends, avoiding the trauma caused by numerous bone screw holes.
