The humerus module comprises: a first joint, a first drive source, a first cable and a second cable. The shoulder module comprises: a first rotating assembly and a first fixing device. The apparatus further comprises: a first support configured to align the first joint with a shoulder joint of the upper limb; and a second support connected between the humerus module and the shoulder module. The first joint is positioned in use to assist the user's humerus movement. The first drive source is connected to the first joint by the first cable and the second cable, and is for pulling the first cable and the second cable to transmit a force to the first joint to respectively elevate and depress the humerus. The first fixing device is for fixing the first rotating assembly to the upper limb. The first rotating assembly is configured to allow relative rotation between the second support and the first fixing device during internal / external rotation of the user's shoulder.

An orthosis for immobilizing a humeral shaft fracture

This application discloses a brace for fixing humeral shaft fractures, including a separate cuff, an elbow strap, and a forearm cuff. The separate cuff and the forearm cuff are connected by the elbow strap. The separate cuff has a layer spaced apart for placing an aluminum splint, and multiple mesh pockets on its inner side for placing pressure pads, allowing for the placement of pressure pads according to the direction of displacement to correct angular displacement. An elastic connecting band is provided in the middle of the separate cuff. This application uses a separate cuff for fixing the humeral shaft, and by placing a counterweight on the outside of the elbow strap, a downward traction force is applied to the humeral shaft from below. The elastic connecting band does not obstruct the downward movement of the second cuff, thereby correcting the shortening displacement of the humeral shaft in real time and effectively preventing re-dislocation of the humeral shaft.

It can be seen that, by replacing the high polymer material component with the zirconium niobium metal ceramic component, the prosthesis system can reduce the bone cutting amount of the proximal humerus, increase the wear resistance of the friction interface, and manufacture a micro-texture structure on the friction interface to realize the super strong wear resistance and low wear of the friction interface, which is beneficial to the long-term stability after the prosthesis is implanted.
