The invention provides a self-adaptation identification friend or foe system based on a low-light-level night vision sighting telescope and having the early warning function. According to the individual combat characteristic, an infrared signal with the near-infrared band being 830 nm to 860 nm particularly 850 nm is used, and the self-adaptation identification friend or foe system is designed andcomprises an emission end, a response end and an observation end, the emission end is provided with a shell, a laser emitter, a control switch, a gear adjusting switch and an optical axis adjusting rotary knob, and the response end is provided with multiple signal detection windows in the different directions, a light-sensitive detector, a signal processing module and a gear adjusting rotary knob. Through decoding of a demodulation module, whether an optical axis is emitted by a friend or not is judged, if yes, a response signal lamp is subjected to response and control to be lightened or flicker according to the reserved manner, it is identified that it is the friend, and if not, response is not carried out; friend identification and foe early warning are rapidly and reliably carried out, the disturbance of the environment light to identification friend or foe is effectively avoided, and possibility of erroneous judgement of an identification friend or foe receiver is reduced.
