The adjustable 4G MIMO mobile phone antenna comprises a planar monopole antenna, a planar inverted F antenna,a liquid metal channel, liquid metal, a metal ground body and two L-shaped metal ground branches, wherein the monopole antenna is a main antenna, and can operate in eight frequency bands such as LTE700, GSM850, GSM900, DCS, PCS, UMTS, LTE2300 and LTE2500. The planar inverted F antenna is an auxiliary antenna, and can cover five high frequency bands, higher than 1 GHz, such as DCS, PCS, UMTS, LET2300 and LTE2500, and inside the LTE700, GSM850 AND GSM900 frequency bands lower than 1 GHz, the resonant frequency can be changed by adjusting the length of the liquid metal.
