The invention discloses a high-thermal-
conductivity flame-retardant organic
silicon pouring
sealant for a
power battery module as well as a preparation method and application of the high-thermal-
conductivity flame-retardant organic
silicon pouring
sealant. The pouring
sealant is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A contains vinyl-terminated polysiloxane, a composite heat-conducting filler, a synergistic
flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and an inhibitor; and the component B contains vinyl-terminated polysiloxane, a composite heat-conducting filler, a synergistic flame retardant and a
platinum catalyst. The composite heat-conducting filler is prepared from modified spherical aluminum
oxide and flaky
boron nitride according to a specific proportion, and the synergistic flame retardant is prepared by compounding encapsulated red
phosphorus and a
platinum compound. The component A and the component B are mixed according to the ratio of 1: 1 and then cured to form the
elastomer with high
thermal conductivity (greater than or equal to 2.0 W / m.K), high flame retardance (UL94 V-0),
low stress and high reliability. The pouring sealant disclosed by the invention is particularly suitable for a
power battery module needing efficient
heat management and extreme safety.
