The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis, in particular to an electrolytic aluminum anode device, comprising a steel claw, a carbon block and carbon fasteners, with two ends of each carbon fastener are in clamped connection with the steel claw and the carbon block respectively. The mode where the carbon fasteners are used to fixedly connect the steel claw and the carbon block replaces the traditional mode of fusion connection between the steel claw and the carbon block, resistance is decreased, strength of a connective structure is enhanced, and electricity is saved; the carbon fasteners helps omit the operations, such as carbon residue removal for an original anode device, claw repairing, supplementary welding, and straightening, and manpower and material sources are greatly saved; in addition, metallic aluminum liquid is not polluted, quality of the metallic aluminum products is increased, and the usage of the auxiliary materials, such as cast iron, is decreased. The electrolytic aluminum anode device provided herein has the advantages of simple structure, good mounting convenience, low cost, and better product quality.
