Interelectrode discharge mapping ablation catheter, ablation device and device using method

InactiveCN107157573ALarge ablation areaWith ablation depthSurgical instruments for heatingSurgical riskElectricity
The invention discloses an interelectrode discharge mapping ablation catheter and a using method thereof, wherein the catheter comprises a catheter body; electrodes are arranged on the outer surface of the catheter body; lead wires are arranged in the catheter body; the lead wires are electrically connected to the corresponding electrodes; the two or more electrodes include at least one radio-frequency current transmitting electrode and at least one radio-frequency current receiving electrode; and the electrodes are arranged at the ends of the catheter body. According to the ablation catheter provided by the invention, the at least two electrodes are arranged on the ablation catheter, so that radio-frequency current, which is transmitted to human tissues by virtue of the electrodes on the ablation catheter, passes through the electrodes, the human tissues and other electrodes, so that at least one closed loop is defined. Therefore, the ablation catheter which can implement transverse heating on the human tissues, in comparison with the prior art which can implement longitudinal heating, is larger in heating area; and ablation of focus tissues in a large area can be accelerated, ablation surgical time can be saved and ablation efficiency can be improved; therefore, patient's pain can be relieved and surgical risk can be reduced.

Bipolar ablation system with dual perfusion and ECG output

The invention discloses a bipolar ablation system with dual perfusion and ECG output. The system comprises a single bipolar radio frequency system and a perfusion system. A control MCU in the single bipolar radio frequency system isolates a transmission controller and a radio frequency power amplifier driving circuit through a control signal. A radio frequency power amplifier circuit is connectedwith the radio frequency power amplifier driving circuit and a power amplifier power supply. A radio frequency output end is connected with a first ablation catheter output channel, a second ablationcatheter output channel and a back polar plate through a single bipolar channel switching circuit. The control MCU is connected with a filter circuit through a filter enable relay. The filter circuitis connected with an ECG analog port. The perfusion system comprises first and second perfusion pumps which are communicatively connected with the control MCU in the single bipolar radio frequency system through a perfusion pump isolation communication controller respectively. The bipolar ablation system controls the corresponding perfusion pump to output a high quality ECG signal according to different radio frequency outputs, can improve the ablation efficiency, and at the same time can reduce the surgical risk.
