control system of an explosion door of an underground return air main roadway. The disaster reduction
control system is composed of a control device, an electrical dynamic
impact device, a gantry type explosion door and a glass explosion door. The control device is connected with
signal cables of the electrical dynamic
impact device fixed on the glass explosion door and magnetic
clutch device of the gantry type explosion door; the electrical dynamic
impact device is fixed with four-corner fitted bolts of the glass explosion door; the control device is composed of a collection box and a control box; the electrical dynamic impact device is composed of an outer casing, a spring, a front pressure cover, a
piston A, a
piston B, a coil, a rear cover and a compact iron; the gantry type explosion door is composed of an abnormity
metal door frame, the magnetic
clutch device, a hang ring, an explosion door plate, sealing strips, a slideway and pulleys; and the glass explosion door is composed of a
metal door frame, the sealing strips, a glass door plate, door hinges and the electrical dynamic impact device. With the adoption of the disaster reduction
control system, the glass explosion door is crushed by the device to release strong
shock wave in the explosion moments, and a main fan room is closed to avoid shock and damage so that air supply is recovered in time after a disaster and the time for disaster relief is obtained.
