The invention discloses a polyimide nanometer composite with a carbazole structure and a preparation method and application thereof. High-planarity aromatic diamine with the carbazole structure, various types of tetracarboxylic dianhydride and layered nanometer particles are adopted as the raw materials for the composite. In the argon atmosphere, layered nanometer particles are dispersed in strong-polarity non-proton organic solvent, diamine and dianhydride are then added to dispersing liquid, and a polyamide acid composite adhesive solution is obtained after the mixture is stirred and reacts; or, the layered nanometer particles are dispersed, a polyamide acid adhesive solution is prepared from diamine and dianhydride in another container, and then a composite adhesive solution is prepared by mixing the nanometer particle dispersing liquid with the polyamide acid adhesive solution; finally, the polyimide nanometer composite is obtained by dehydrating polyamide acid. Molecule chains of polyimide have good planarity and rigidity; the composite prepared from polyimide and the layered nanometer particles through compositing has excellent thermal stability and isolation performance and can be widely applied to the fields of high-isolation packaging, device packaging and the like.

Diamine with antibacterial effect and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses diamine with an antibacterial effect and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, a two-halogen-atom-substituted xanthone monomer is grafted with an amino-containing group through the Suzuki reaction, or grafted with a nitro-containing group through the Suzuki reaction and then reduced to obtain a diamine monomer containing a xanthone structure. The xanthone structure has high electron density and a good rigid structure; and the planar rigid structure is beneficial for regular stacking of polymer molecular chains and induction of polymer crystallization, and a polymer with tightly stacked molecular chains, small free volume and high barrier property can be prepared. Meanwhile, the diamine disclosed by the invention takes the xanthone structure as acore and has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and the polymer prepared by taking the diamine as a raw material also has a certain antibacterial property.

The invention discloses a polyimide nanocomposite of a naphthalene structure and a preparation method and application of the polyimide nanocomposite. According to the composite, aromatic-diamine which has high planarity and of the naphthalene structure, various types of tetracarboxylic dianhydride and layered nanoparticles are adopted as raw materials; in the argon atmosphere, the layered nanoparticles are dispersed in strong-polarity nonprotic organic solvent, then diamine and dianhydride are added to dispersing liquid, stirring and a reaction are conducted, and a polyamide acid composite adhesive solution is obtained; or while the layered nanoparticles are dispersed, the diamine and the dianhydride are placed into another container for preparing polyamide acid, then nanoparticle dispersing liquid and the polyamide acid are mixed, and the composite adhesive solution is obtained; finally, the composite adhesive solution is dehydrated, and the polyimide nanocomposite is obtained. According to the polyimide nanocomposite, polyimide molecular chains of the type contain naphthalene nucleuses which are good in planarity and high in rigidity, the prepared nanocomposite has excellent thermal stability and barrier performance in combination with the enhancement effect of the layered nanoparticles, and the polyimide nanocomposite and the preparation method and application of the polyimide nanocomposite can be widely applied to fields of high-performance packaging, electronic device packaging and the like.
