In the present invention, the extracellular domain of the influenza virus hemagglutinin protein is fused and expressed with the N-terminal of the self-assembled ferritin nanoparticle subunit, and the influenza virus hemagglutinin protein is displayed on the surface of the self-assembled ferritin cage structure.
