The human facial expression simulating robot comprises a supporting bottom plate, a neck mechanism, a mouth mechanism, an eye mechanism, an eyelid mechanism and an eyebrow mechanism, wherein the bottom part of the neck mechanism is fixed to the supporting bottom plate; the mouth mechanism comprises an upper jaw supporting plate,an upper lip mechanism, an angulus oris mechanism, a lower lip mechanism, a chin mechanism and a lip; the upper lip mechanism, the angulus oris mechanism, the lower lip mechanism and the chin mechanism are arranged on the upper jaw supporting plate and are correspondingly connected to an upper lip driving point, an angulus oris driving point and a lower lip driving point of the lip; the mouth mechanism is fixed to the top part of the neck mechanism through the upper jaw supporting plate; the eye mechanism is arranged on the upper jaw supporting plate and enables the rotating of eyes; the eyelid mechanism is arranged on the eye mechanism and enables blinking and eye closing actions; and the eyebrow is arranged on the eye mechanism and enables frowning and eyebrow raising actions of the eyebrows. The human facial expression simulating robot realizes a plurality of simulated human facial expression.
