resource allocation scheme; generating an execution sequence of each sub-project according to the front-back dependency relationship of the project, and dynamically adjusting the execution sequence according to the state change; and based on the dynamic manual intervention threshold, adjusting the priority,
resource allocation and execution strategy of the project through a feedback mechanism, and generating a behavior plan. According to the scheme, the efficiency and accuracy of project formulation and execution can be effectively improved through a
machine autonomous planning and human-assisted behavior plan formulation mode.
