The invention relates to an online statistical method for the abnormal conditions of the high-temperature heated surfaces of thermal power
plant DCS boilers. The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting
field data, and transmitting the data to a DCS real-time
database; (2)
processing the date, specifically, 1 determining an alarm constant value, and storing the alarm constant value in the DCS real-time
database, 2 judging the abnormal conditions of the temperature of
pipe walls, namely determining whether the current temperature of the
pipe walls is in an over-temperature condition or not, generating Boolean type
intermediate variable b, and storing the Boolean type
intermediate variable b in the DCS real-time
database,3 recording the maximum value of the temperature of the
pipe walls in real time, and storing the maximum value in the DCS real-time database; (3) generating a report, specifically generating statistics of the abnormal conditions of the temperature of the pipe walls of all the high-temperature heated surfaces of every boilers; (4) checking the report, specifically checking the abnormal conditions of the high-temperature heated surfaces of the boilers, and regulating and controlling the operation
process conditions; and (5) exporting the report, specifically exporting the statistics of the abnormal conditions of the temperature of the pipe walls of the heated surfaces in an EXCEL format. According to the method, the comprehensive application of a DCS is expanded, online statistic collecting of the abnormal conditions of the temperature of the pipewalls of the high-temperature heated surfaces of the boilers is realized, and the real-time performance of important
parameter analysis is improved.
