The invention discloses an electronic nose technology-based fabric fragrance persistence characterization quantitative method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, screening an electronicnose gas sensitive sensor to obtain perfume in an appropriate proportion; secondly, optimizing sealing time through a control group test; thirdly, optimizing volatilization time through a control group test; and then, uniformly dripping the same amount of perfume on the fabric with the same parameters, opening the fabric for the volatilization time, and sealing the fabric for the same sealing timeby using a preservative film; sampling headspace gas in the beaker by adopting an electronic nose to obtain a gas sensitive sensor array response value of the odor in the fabric along with time change; finally, using SPSS software to carry out curve fitting on the response value data, and therefore achieving quantitative characterization of the fragrance retention performance of the fabric. According to the method, the fragrance persistence of the fabric is quantitatively analyzed through an electronic nose and a headspace technology, the problems of long consumed time, incapability of real-time detection and the like of physicochemical method detection on fabric fragrance characterization are solved, and quantitative description on the fragrance persistence of the fabric is realized.
