A first arc extinguishing cavity for accommodating a gas production material is formed in the first arc extinguishing chamber to form a first arc extinguishing layer; and a second arc extinguishing cavity filled with an arc extinguishing medium is formed between the insulating shell and the composite arc extinguishing core body to form a second arc extinguishing layer. According to the invention, during breaking, high-pressure
airflow can be quickly generated to suppress electric arcs in a segmented manner, and continuous cooling and insulation are realized by an external medium, so that the arcing time is greatly shortened, the

bursting, and the
breaking capacity, safety and reliability of high-
