This invention relates to the field of functional
polymer materials and discloses a method for preparing an antibacterial composite
nanofiber material with
cascade activity. The method includes: dissolving a gold precursor in a
solvent; adding a
polymer to obtain a
polymer solution; reacting with a
sodium borohydride solution;
electrospinning to obtain an Au composite
nanofiber membrane; dissolving TCPP in a mixed
solvent of N-N-
dimethylformamide /
ethanol; adding Cu₂O,
polyvinylpyrrolidone, and
trifluoroacetic acid; reacting to obtain Cu-TCPP; adding the Cu-TCPP dispersion to the surface of the Au composite
nanofiber membrane under vacuum
filtration; and
drying. In the antibacterial composite nanofiber material of this invention, Cu-TCPP is stably anchored on the surface of the nanofiber membrane, preventing excessive encapsulation of Cu-TCPP and thus reducing the
therapeutic effect. In a weakly alkaline environment conducive to infection, this antibacterial composite nanofiber material can utilize Au nanozymes as initial enzymes to continuously catalyze the production of
gluconic acid and H₂O₂ from glucose, thereby activating the POD-Like activity of Cu-TCPP to catalyze the generation of hydroxyl radicals to kill
bacteria.
