This invention belongs to the field of micro-weld joint
strength testing technology and discloses an
elastomer for push-pull
testing equipment. The
elastomer includes a base with a guide rail on its surface; a slider slidably mounted on the base via the guide rail; and a vent plate with an air
inlet channel and several air outlets. The air
inlet channel connects the air outlets to an external air supply device. An elastic element is positioned between the base and the vent plate, facing the slider. The elastic element applies a
spring force to the vent plate, ensuring tight contact between the vent plate and the slider, thus fixing the slider. When the external air supply device is activated, high-pressure gas is ejected from the air outlets through the air
inlet channel. The gas drives the vent plate to retract, compressing the elastic element and forming an air film between the vent plate and the slider, allowing the slider to slide freely along the guide rail. This design avoids mechanical contact between the pusher
assembly and the workpiece, providing buffering and protection, reducing damage to the pusher
assembly, and improving its service life.
