A thin film photoelectric conversion device for performing photoelectric conversion of a wide range of light, from the visible range to the infrared range, is provided. A plasmon resonance phenomenon, which enhances a photo-induced electric field, is caused in a wide range of light, by a metal nanostructure which is formed by annealing a substrate on which a first metal thin film layer composed of a first metal and a second metal thin film layer composed of a second metal which is partially overlapped onto the first metal thin film layer are laminated, and in which a periodic structure, wherein a number of first convex parts successively lie with a pitch of from one-tenth of a wavelength of an incident light to a wavelength equal to or shorter than the wavelength of the incident light in a planar direction along the substrate, is formed on the surface of the substrate; and a random structure, wherein a distance between any pair of a number of second convex parts formed at random positions on the substrate, or a distance between a second convex part and a first convex part is shorter than 100 nm, is formed on the substrate in a position within a region of the periodic structure or in a position adjacent to the region of the periodic structure, and as a result, high sensitivity photo-induced current is generated.

The invention relates to an image reading apparatus having an aberration correction function, which can correct color migration generated by a chromatic aberration and distortion aberration caused by an optical element through a digital filter in only one direction in a condition without using a switch for switching. An aberration correction unit has a digital filter group, a delay control unit, and a memory. The digital filter group take one of multiple colored lights controlled through a delay time caused of the aberration of the optical element of each read image of a line image sensor as a benchmark colored light and the rest colored lights are treated as other colored lights, and are disposed on the rest colored lights. The delay control unit, based on a calculation value of each delay amount between formed images of the benchmark colored light and other colored lights, controls a filter coefficient of the digital filter group. The delay control unit, when a picture transverse width of other colored lights gets wider with respect to a picture transverse width of the benchmark colored light, in a state of reading image positions of scanning finishing ends of the bench colored light and other colored lights, begins to read, from scanning beginning end formed images of the other colored lights, the calculation value of each delay amount which takes a scanning beginning end formed image of the benchmark colored light as a benchmark, controls the filter coefficient of the digital filter group, and thus the color migration generated by the aberration of the optical element can be corrected.

The present invention relates to a coloring light-sensitive resin composition, and a colorful optical filter and a liquid crystal display device manufactured by using the coloring light-sensitive resin composition. The coloring light-sensitive resin composition includes (A) a colorant, (B) an alkaline soluble resin, (C) a light polymerized compound, (D) a light polymerization initiator, (E) a solvent and (F) a fluorine series reactivity additive represented by a chemical formula 1. Furthermore, when being manufactured the colorful optical filter, the coloring light-sensitive resin composition is capable of keeping high contact angle and a low surface energy, and showing characteristics of non spot and good transparence after developing, such that the composition can be nicely adapted to the colorful optical filter and the liquid crystal display device.
