The weight ratio of S is less than or equal to 0.008%, the weight ratio of P is less than or equal to 0.008%, thus, the surface structure of a formed casting is evenly distributed lath martensite, the structure is compact, and the mechanical performance of the casting is improved; argon blowing operation is conducted from the furnace bottom of a medium-frequency induction furnace, argon enters molten steel through furnace bottom air bricks to form lots of bubbles, the degassing area is effectively increased, argon flow continuously stirs the molten steel, finescattered inclusions are coagulated, large-particle impurities are formed, the degassing inclusion removing efficiency is improved, and the combination properties of the casting are improved.
