The invention relates to a process for storing cut flowers of peony and Chinese herbaceous peony for a long time. The process comprises the following steps of: collecting the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in the bud period; eliminating soil; decreasing the shell temperatures of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony to 15-20 DEG C; carrying out water cutting at the part which is 10-20 mm away from the basal parts at the pedicel lower ends of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony; placing flower stalk ends of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in protective agent for 2-3 h; then, taking out; decreasing the temperatures of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony to 5-8 DEG C; placing the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in a preservation box; placing the preservation box in a storage box; storing the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony at minus 2 to minus 8 DEG C at the relative humidity of 85-95%; in the process of inserting the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in a bottle, taking out the storage box with the cut flowers of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in the bud period in a sealed manner; recovering the temperatures of the cut flowers of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony for three times so that the shell temperatures of the cut flowers of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony are up to 15-20 DEG C; and opening the storage box and the preservation box to insert the cut flowers of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in the bottle. According to the process for storing the cut flowers of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony disclosed by the invention, the problems of short storage period of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony, complex storage process and the like are solved; and thestorage time of the peony and the Chinese herbaceous peony in the cut flower period can be prolonged.

Method for storing fresh cutting flowers of tree peony and herbaceous peony at critical ice temperature and uses thereof

The invention relates to a method for storing fresh cut-flowers of tree peonies and peonies at critical ice temperature, and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a bud of the tree peonies (peonies) is cut and cooled, after the afterheat is removed, the dirt on leaves is washed by water, and the water on surface is aired; a stem base of the flowering branch is subjected to water cutting, inserted in tree peony (peony) cut-flower pretreatment solution and precooled quickly; the stem base is placed into a polyethylene film package, and is arranged in a packing chest and moved to a refrigeratory for storage; and the cut-flower is taken out from the refrigeratory, subjected to staged temperature rise, and is put in a vase at the room temperature of between 25 and 30 DEG C. The method can effectively inhibit breathing of the tree peony (peony) cut-flower, control growth of bacteria, prevent the cut-flower from decaying, obviously prolong the freshness date, and improve the enjoyment quality of the cut-flower. The invention provides a method for storing the cut-flower of the tree peony (peony) with high efficiency, low cost and obvious preservative effect, and can also be used for storing cut-flowers of other plants.

Cultivation substrate for large-flowered dwarf zinnia

The invention relates to the field of compost, in particular to a cultivation substrate for large-flowered dwarf zinnia. The cultivation substrate for the large-flowered dwarf zinnia is prepared fromthe following raw materials: cassava residues, earthworm soil, garden humus soil, peat, perlite, a pH regulator and a plant growth regulator. A preparation method of the cultivation substrate for thelarge-flowered dwarf zinnia comprises the following steps: (1) preparing garden humus soil; (2) mixing materials; and (3) adding auxiliary materials. According to the invention, long-acting sufficientnutrients can be provided for the zinnia by designing the cultivation substrate for the large-flowered dwarf zinnia, the flowering quality of the zinnia is improved, and the flowering period is prolonged. The humus soil prepared by crushing garden organic wastes is rich in nutrition; by virtue of the use of cassava residues, waste is converted into treasure; and by adding the natural plant growthregulator, the healthy growth of the plants can be promoted. The cultivation substrate for the large-flowered dwarf zinnia is wide in source of raw materials, simple and easy to obtain; the organic wastes are used to produce the zinnia cultivation substrate, so that the environmental pollution caused by stacking and burning of the organic wastes can be reduced, and the economic and environmentalbenefits are good.

The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling the flowering stage and flowering traits of cymbidium sinense. According to the method, through fertilizer and water, illumination and temperature management in the flower forcing process, a plant growth regulator mixed solution I is sprayed in the early stage of flower bud differentiation to promote flower bud differentiation to be completed in advance, and a plant growth regulator mixed solution II is sprayed again in the flower arrow elongation stage to promote flower arrow elongation and inflorescence development. By means ofthe method, the number of buds of each pot is 2-3, the number of flowers on each inflorescence is increased and is averagely three more than that of contrast, the flowers become larger, and the initial flowering period can be advanced by 24 days. According to the method, the cymbidium sinense is stabilized to bloom before the Spring Festival, the blooming quality is improved, the arrow is increased and lengthened, the inflorescence is lengthened, the number of flowers is increased, the flowers are enlarged, the ornamental effect is better, a foundation is laid for meeting the huge demand of phalaenopsis orchid, the purposes of further expanding the market and increasing the market share of the cymbidium sinense are achieved, and economic benefits are outstanding.
