A tissue removal device and method of using the device to remove tissue from a patient is provided. The tissue removal device comprises a tissue removal probe and a sheath slidable relative to the probe. The probe has a tissue removal element, and the sheath has a portion that exposes the tissue removal element. The sheath distal end may be pre-shaped to bend when slid distal to the probe. A suture passing device includes a jaw assembly that is moved to an open configuration after exiting a hollow needle distal tip and moved to a closed configuration when retracted into the needle tip. In a cassette for dispensing flexible tubing a cassette body includes a central tubular portion defining an aperture extending therethrough. An outer wall surrounds the central tubular portion and a cassette bottom extends between and connects the outer wall and the central tubular portion. A length of flexible tubing is positioned in the interior area. This fluid is effective at dissolving siliceous materials such as clays and keeping the dissolved materials in solution. In particular it is effective at preventing re-precipitation of initially-dissolved silicon as silica and therefore reduces damage to sandstones with which it is contacted. Methods are given for using this fluid for sandstone matrix stimulation, removal of clay-containing drilling fluid components and filter cakes from wellbores, sandstone acid fracturing, and gravel pack and proppant pack cleaning.

An attachment assembly for a firearm handguard includes a barrel nut for mounting on a firearm barrel and engaging the firearm handguard thereon. The barrel nut includes a first end for engaging an upper receiver of a firearm, a second end opposite the first end for receiving the firearm handguard, and a transverse groove formed on an exterior surface of the barrel nut between the first end and the second end, which mechanically locks the firearm handguard on the barrel nut. The barrel nut can include an interior surface with threads formed thereon proximate the first end for engaging complementary threads of the upper receiver. A knurled section can be formed on the exterior surface between the transverse groove and the second end, which provides frictional engagement at the interface of the barrel nut and the handguard.

An improved system and method for loading records into a partitioned database table is provided. A translation of records may be generated from a set of source partitions to a set of target partitions by generating a bipartite graph, determining a maximal matching using dynamic programming for a chain of nodes remaining in the bipartite graph after removing singleton edges, and generating a maximal matching after adding back the singleton edges for translation of records from the set of source partitions to the set of target partitions. The partition translation may be executed by traversing from top to bottom the set of source partitions and the set of target partitions in record key order to generate an optimal sequence of operations to transfer the records from the set of source partitions to the set of target partitions.
