The invention discloses a coaxial cavity dual-band filter based on a stepped impedance structure. The filter provided by the invention is formed by coupling of several stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units. Each stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator unit is composed of three parts, namely two rod-shaped solid metallic conductors, a tubular metallic wall and a filler. The filler is air and is positioned in a resonant cavity between the tubular metallic wall and the rod-shaped solid metallic conductors. The upper and lower ends of the tubular metallic wall are provided with outer cover plates for sealing the resonant cavity. The several stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units are arranged in a linear parallel structure. The two rod-shaped solid metallic conductors are two coaxial cylinders with different diameters and are divided into a lower conductor cylinder and an upper conductor cylinder. The two conductor cylinders are connected in series up and down. The lower conductor cylinder is electrically connected with a feeder line of an input or output port. According to the invention, two passbands are realized by the stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units; passband frequency ratio adjustable range is large; the size of the filter is small; and the structure of the filter is simple and reasonable.

Disclosed is a switchable dual-band filter, which comprises a first and a second switchable resonators, a coupling structure having two ends respectively connecting the first and the second switchable resonators, an input impedance conversion circuit connecting an input terminal and the first resonator, and an output impedance conversion circuit connecting an output terminal and the second resonator. The coupling structure couples the first resonators to the second resonator, and via verse. The input / output impedance conversion circuit converts the impedance on the input / output terminal into two distinct impedances that correspond to a first and a second operating frequency. The filter is simple in structure, occupies less circuit area, and is cost-effective in manufacturing. The impedance at both operating passbands can also be matched properly.

A switchable dual-band filter comprises first and second switchable resonators, a coupling structure having two ends respectively connecting the first and the second switchable resonators, an input impedance conversion circuit connecting an input terminal and the first resonator, and an output impedance conversion circuit connecting an output terminal and the second resonator. The coupling structure couples the first resonator to the second resonator, and vice versa. Four-mode dual-band filter based on a single rectangular SIW structure

The invention discloses a dual-band bandpass filter based on a single rectangular SIW structure. The present invention is based on a rectangular SIW structure and controls the first four resonant modes of the filter, namely TE101, TE201, TE301 and TE401 modes, by using a method of metal via disturbance. TE101 and TE201 combine to form a first passband, TE301 and TE401 combine to form a second passband. In addition, the bandwidth and spacing of the two passbands can be tuned relatively independently by disturbing vias through movement. At the same time, the offset input and output feeders introduce four transmission zeros into the filter, which improves the stopband attenuation of the filter. By utilizing single SIW cavity mode reasonably, it meets the miniaturization requirement of modernmulti-standard RF system and solves the problems of large size and complex design of a traditional dual-band filter.

The invention discloses a dual-band filter applied to the communication field. The dual-band filter comprises a medium substrate provided with a grounding through hole, a main circuit located on the upper surface of the medium substrate, and a metal floor located on the lower surface of the medium substrate. The main circuit is formed by concatenation of two dual-band resonators arranged in an axial symmetry mode, the two dual-band resonators are connected through the grounding through hole, and each dual-band resonator is connected with an input transmission line or an output transmission line. Each dual-band resonator comprises a low-impedance transmission line, an L-shaped short circuit high-impedance transmission line and an open circuit transmission line, wherein the L-shaped short circuit high-impedance transmission line and the open circuit transmission line are respectively connected on the low-impedance transmission line. The film structure for the filter is (alpha H beta L) (N)|Sub|(LH) (N), wherein Sub represents a substrate, H represents a ZnS film layer, L represents a YbF3 film layer, N represents periodicity, and alpha and beta represent optical thickness coefficients of the film layer. A row of upper metal grounding through holes arrayed at intervals are formed in each of two ends of each long side of the upper metal surface along the short sides; the size of the lower metal surface is the same with that of the dielectric substrate, the lower metal surface is connected with the ground, lower metal grounding through holes are formed in the lower metal surface in the projection positions of the upper metal grounding through holes, and each upper metal grounding through hole is connected with the corresponding lower metal grounding through hole through a metal post. The microwave millimeter wave dual-band filter is small in volume, low in consumption, simple in structure and easy to regulate the upper and lower side frequencies.
