rubbing during the transportation of wind
turbine blades, comprising: S1, initiating an early warning program based on the real-time location information of the transport vehicle, collecting relative position and
relative velocity data between the wind
turbine blades and obstacles on both sides of the road, as well as the
vibration acceleration and
angular velocity of the transport vehicle, and preprocessing the collected data to remove
invalid data; S2, denoising the preprocessed relative position and
relative velocity data; S3, evaluating the bump intensity based on the preprocessed
vibration acceleration and
angular velocity data of the transport vehicle; S4, mapping the denoised relative position data,
relative velocity data, and bump intensity evaluation into
fuzzy linguistic variables; S5, evaluating the early warning level based on the
fuzzy linguistic variables, and dynamically updating the early warning level evaluation rules during operation; S6, clarifying the early warning level evaluation, and finally outputting a clear
risk level.
