Clock tree / mesh is specified loosely for initial placement, then followed by progressive detailed placement. In particular, preferred approach provides automated and reliable solution to clock tree / mesh construction, occuring concurrently with placement process so that clock tree wiring and buffering considers and influences placement and wiring of all other objects, such as logic gates, memory elements, macrocells, etc. Hence, in this concurrent manner, clock tree / mesh pre-wiring and pre-buffering may be based on construction of approximate clock tree using partitioning information only, i.e., prior to object placement. Further, present approach provides modified DME-based clock tree topology construction without meandering, and recursive algorithm for buffered clock tree construction.

The invention belongs to the technical field of wireless communication, and relates to a method for identifying interfered mobile terminals and methods for avoiding interference. In each system frame, a home/micro-cellular base station senses an uplink frequency spectrum to obtain an uplink physical resource block usage pattern; the home/micro-cellular base station transmits a signaling to a service macro base station via an X2 interface or an air interface, wherein the signaling comprises the uplink physical resource block usage pattern and a detected system wireless frame number; and the service macro base station searches for a history physical resource allocation database, and identifies macro cell mobile terminals using uplink physical resource blocks when the system wireless frame number is n, namely the interfered macro cell mobile terminals by comparison. The invention also provides two methods for avoiding the interference based on the identification method. By the method, the interfered macro cell mobile terminals nearby the home/micro-cellular base station can be identified in case of not reducing the frequency spectrum utilization ratio and the total system capacity, and the macro cell mobile terminals can be effectively prevented from being interfered so as to improve the throughput performance of the macro cell mobile terminals.

A programmable array logic circuit macrocell using ferromagnetic memory cells. More particularly, the present invention uses a non-volatile ferromagnetic memory cell to temporarily store binary data. It is an advantage of the invention to have the ferromagnetic memory cells or bits to store data even when there is no power provided to the circuitry, thus saving power during operation of the programmable logic circuitry, and ensuring that there is no loss of the data should there be a temporary power shutdown. Additionally, the ferromagnetic cells provide for indefinite number of switching actions on the data without degradation to the capacity to store data therein, thus eliminating "write fatigue". The invention provides an integrated circuit, comprising a programmable OR array (24), a programmable AND array (28), coupled to the programmable OR array, and a macrocell output circuit (22). The macrocell uniquely has a ferromagnetic bit (11) and sensor (12) coupled to store remnant output signal, and an output buffer (34), coupled to output the remnant output signal upon receiving an output enable signal. The macrocell may further include a DQ register that contains the ferromagnetic bit. The DQ register may also include a drive coil, which at least partially surrounds the ferromagnetic bit. Drive coils may have a bi-directional current that sets the polarity of the ferromagnetic bit. The bi-directional current may be switched by two sets of transistor pairs (Q10 and Q11). The two sets of transistor pairs may, in turn, be gated by first and second transistor respectively. The first and second transistors may be responsive to a DATA signal that is received when a CLOCK signal is received.

The method comprises the following steps: a micro cell determines the time-frequency sources position used by an uplink channel of a macro cell terminal on a second frequency band; the radio frequency power or the radio frequency signal intensity of signals emitted by the macro cell terminal to the micro cell is measured on the time frequency position, and the measurement result and / or recognition information of the macro cell terminal are / is reported to a network side; the network side determines the macro cell terminal suffering from strong downlink out-of-band radiated interference of the micro cell by utilizing the content reported by the micro cell, and assigns downlink channel resources out of a first downlink out-of-band radiated interference isolation frequency band for the macro cell terminal on the first frequency band, and / or assigns downlink channel resources out of a third downlink out-of-band radiated interference isolation frequency band for micro cell wireless switched points of the micro cell on a third frequency band. According to the scheme, the out-of-band radiated interference of the macro cell terminal subjected to the micro cell strong interference of micro cell wireless switched points can be lowered.
