The invention discloses a hydraulic element detection
system based on a PLC (
programmable logic controller). The hydraulic element detection
system comprises a flow meter, a
thermometer and a pressure gauge for respectively testing a flow
rate parameter, a temperature parameter and a pressure parameter of a detected hydraulic element in a tested hydraulic
system as well as a PLC which is used for receiving the signals outputted by the flow meter, the
thermometer and the pressure gauge and controlling a frequency converter which is connected with a three-phase asynchronous motor, wherein the input end of the PLC is connected with the flow meter, the
thermometer and the pressure meter, the output end of the PLC is connected with an alternating-current
contactor, and the alternating-current
contactor is connected with the three-phase asynchronous motor; the PLC is connected with a principal computer, the input end of the principal computer is connected with a human-computer interface, and the output end of the principal computer is connected with a printer. The hydraulic element detection system can be used for detecting different hydraulic elements under different road conditions and is high in detection precision, high in work reliability, low in realization cost, high in function flexibility, low in
power consumption, low in
failure rate and adjustable in function.
