In the invention, the improved Dijkstra algorithm is utilized in the vehicle dynamic path navigational system, the road weight based on the travel time is considered, and the traveling path is optimized, the real-time traffic information and the inducing information are quickened to be published, thereby the traffic operating efficiency of a road network is effectively enhanced, the circumstance that the number of the vehicles exceeds the actual traffic capacity of the road is avoided, and the problem of traffic jam is improved.
