Disclosed is an atomizer that comprises a transparent, elongated e-liquid cartridge enclosed in a transparent, elongated outer cylinder that creates a well-defined smoke-flowing interlayer or pathway that leads from an atomization tube mounted on the distal end of the outer cylinder to a cigarette holder disposed at its proximal end.
