When a guide vane gets stuck due to foreign matter in the closing process, the V-shaped safety connecting rod can be bent and broken when servomotor operating force borne by the V-shaped safety connecting rod reaches a certain threshold value, other guide vanes continue to be closed normally under the effect of the servomotor operating force, and thus the effects of protecting the water guiding mechanism is achieved; and the V-shaped safety connecting-rod mechanism is simple and reliable in structure, convenient to maintain, low in manufacturing cost, and suitable for water guiding mechanisms of small-size and medium-size through-flow turbines.
