The invention provides an edible fungus automatic oxygen-supply growth device and a using method thereof. The device consists of a planting bag, culture medium, a sealing layer, a growth well, an oxygen-supplying bolt, a bag opening and an erector, wherein the sealing layer is a layer of airtight soft cloth, the culture medium is sealed in the plating bag, the planting bag is provided with the growth well and the oxygen-supplying bolt which are opposite to each other and arranged in the culture medium by the sealing layer, and the bag opening is sealed in a binding mode, and the planting bag is transferred to a planting room.
