After chicken flocks are immunized by the prepared vaccine, high-level neutralizing antibodies aiming at homologous and heterologous H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses can be generated, meanwhile, the detoxification level of the viruses and caused tissue pathological changes are remarkably reduced, and high-level specific antibodies and neutralizing antibodies aiming at QX subtype avian infectious bronchitis viruses can also be induced; toxin expelling and virus load are effectively inhibited, and tissue lesion is relieved. The method does not depend on chick embryos, is low in production cost and short in period, and can prevent avian influenza and avian infectious bronchitis at the same time.
