The present invention relates to a clean production method for co-production of ammonium bicarbonate through combination of high purity carbon dioxide and melamine tail gas. According to the clean production method, carbon dioxide gas in a large nitrogen fertilizer device is subjected to decompression; the decompressed carbon dioxide gas and melamine tail gas are subjected to a reaction in a main carbonization tower, wherein the melamine tail gas is subjected to absorption condensation; and then a thickener treatment, centrifugation separation and packaging are performed to obtain an ammonium bicarbonate product, wherein the carbonized dilute mother liquor and the centrifugated waste liquid enter recycling. According to the present invention, high purity carbon dioxide gas is adopted, such that the effective concentration of the carbon dioxide actually participating in the reaction is increased, and production capacity is significantly increased compared with the carbonation equipment having the same size; the dilute mother liquor from the ammonium bicarbonate production is recycled so as to achieve clean production; and the purity of the carbon dioxide gas is high, and the impurity content is significantly reduced so as to easily improve product quality.

The invention discloses a reagent freeze-dried microsphere for detecting concentrated carbon dioxide binding force and a preparation method of the reagent freeze-dried microsphere. The reagent freeze-dried microsphere comprises a buffer solution, carbonic anhydrase, phenol red, bromothymol blue, a preservative, trehalose, polyethylene glycol, TrionX-100 and the like. The preparation process of the reagent freeze-dried microsphere mainly comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a solution, filtering and degassing; (2) preparing microdroplets by using an accurate quantifying liquid separation system, and dropping the microdroplets into liquid nitrogen to prepare frozen spheres; and (3) transferring the frozen spheres to a freeze dryer to freeze and dry, thereby obtaining the freeze-dried reagent microsphere. A reagent for detecting carbon dioxide binding force disclosed by the invention is a spherical particle freeze-dried reagent, and can be pre-packaged into a detection chip. Compared with an existing liquid detection reagent, the reagent has the advantages that stable preservation and transportation at room temperature can be achieved; and compared with a freeze-dried powder reagent, the reagent has the advantages of being accurate to quantify, convenient to package and the like, and can be suitable for a POCT biochemical analyzer introducing a microfluidic chip technology.

The invention discloses a process for incinerating cotton linter black liquor and recycling alkaline by utilizing a heat conduction oil boiler, which belongs to the technical field of pulping waste water treatment. The process comprises the following steps: (a) cotton linter pumping black liquor with the mass concentration of about 6 percent from an extracting workshop section is heated, evaporated and thickened by a multiple-effect evaporator which takes cyclic heat conduction oil as a heat source till the mass concentration of the black liquor reaches 40-50 percent; (b) the thickened black liquor is sprayed into the heat conduction oil boiler for combustion, the heat energy is recovered by the heat conduction oil in a heating surface, and sodium carbonate generated by the combination of sodium hydroxide and carbon dioxide in the waste water is discharged out of the boiler; (c) the generated sodium carbonate is reduced into alkaline by adopting a hydrated lime causticizing method, and the alkaline resources are recycled for productive cycle and utilization. The process saves the construction funds by one third, saves energy by 30 percent and reduces the operation cost by 25 percent compared with the general alkaline recovery process, has high heat energy utilization ratio and zero CODcr index of discharged waste water and can thoroughly and effectively solve the pollution of cotton linter black liquor.

A process for producing a lanthanum oxide-based sintered object is provided which comprises: using an La2(CO3)3 powder or La2O3 powder as a lanthanum oxide source powder and one or more of TiO2, ZrO2, and HfO2 powders as an additive oxide; mixing the powders so that the proportion of the metallic component of each additive oxide becomes a given value in terms of metal amount; thereafter heating the powder mixture in the air to conduct synthesis; subsequently pulverizing the synthesized material into a powder; and then hot-pressing the synthesis powder to form a sintered object. The sintered object is prevented from combining with water or carbon dioxide gas to form a hydroxide, etc. and thereby changing to a powder, and can be stored for long. Also provided is a technique in which an oxide for use as a high-k gate insulating film can be efficiently and stably provided by conducting film deposition using the sputtering target.
