The invention provides a signal processing method and device, electronic equipment, a chip and a storage medium, and relates to the field of communication, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a signal pair; the signal pair comprises a digital calibration signal input into the digital predistorter and a digital feedback signal obtained by post-processing the digital calibration signal through the radio frequency power amplifier; the amplitude of the digital calibration signal is smaller than the initial power point of the radio frequency power amplifier, and the initial power point is determined according to the power point where the output gain of the radio frequency power amplifier deviates from the linear trend; and determining a digital predistortion coefficient associated with the digital predistorter according to the digital calibration signal, the digital feedback signal, the starting power point and the non-uniform piecewise linear model. Therefore, by introducing a non-uniform segmentation mechanism guided by the initial power point based on the PA, flexible adaptation and refined modeling of nonlinear characteristics of different PAs are realized, and the modeling accuracy and correction robustness of the DPD under complex working conditions are remarkably improved.
