reference model of a to-be-measured object through a measurement module, so as to determine theoretical characteristic parameters of a target
feature based on the
reference model; tracking and positioning a
light pen device through a scanning module, so as to obtain actual measurement data collected by the
light pen device on the to-be-measured object for the target feature; and generating a measurement result based on the actual measurement data and the theoretical characteristic parameters through the measurement module. The scheme changes the
operation mode in which traditional scanning work and feature measurement work are separated, can realize seamless connection of point marking and measurement in the same
software environment, and greatly improves work efficiency. In addition, errors caused by non-standard operation in the point marking process or in the production process can be found in time, and the detection efficiency of an
industrial site is significantly improved.
